For this assignment, you will brainstorm a plan to put into place in Capstone County to communicate with citizens about the H5N1 flu that is occurring in the fictional case.  You will then post your completed assignment on the Group Discussion Board, and as a group you will collaborate to develop one cohesive plan.

1. Review the article you found for Assignment 1, the Capstone County informational packet and the Flu Case Intro lecture.
   1. You can use the article you found for Individual Assignment 1 as inspiration, or you can go another direction if you prefer, and identify a new article to use as a guide
2. Formulate a SINGLE communication strategy that the Capstone County Health Department could put into place in Capstone County. Remember, a real pandemic response would include dozens of different activities, but you should focus on only one for this assignment.
