Suggestions for paper: A lot of current events however the policy’s that you’re discussing especially in the history have been around for a while so make sure you start from the beginning and work your way to the current times.
Your culture is white privilege or maybe racism and then your money power and control you’re going to have that kind of tight in there too but you seem like you understand the in’s and outs of how the government has played a role in this but the underlying issue with the policy’s has always been these two things.
